Got a Mac? Here is what to do..
1. Stardot Tools software does not support MAC’s. Also not their DVR software. You will have to get your own recording software for a MAC. I hear this one works ..

2. Without the setup software (stardot tools) you will need to log into the router that the camera is connected to, go to status and there should be a DHCP clients table there. That list will show all devices connected to the router. You’ll look for one with a MAC address beginning in 00:30:F4 .. that will be the camera.
